Tofu as the Star of Plant-Based Easter Gatherings

Easter is a time for renewal, celebration, and gathering with loved ones over a delicious meal. While traditional Easter feasts often feature roasts, more people are embracing plant-based alternatives that are just as satisfying and festive. Whether you're a dedicated plant-based eater or simply looking for a wholesome, meat-free dish to add to your Easter spread, tofu makes an excellent centerpiece.

Tofu is incredibly versatile, absorbing beautiful flavors while providing a rich source of plant-based protein, calcium, and iron. With the right preparation, it can be transformed into a savory, tender, and flavorful roast that will impress vegans and non-vegans alike. This roasted tofu with a maple-Dijon glaze is the perfect dish to serve as the main course for a spring celebration, simple, elegant, and full of flavor.
