This tofu has a very creamy and delicate texture with a subtle egg flavour. Silken Tofu is the least firm of all our tofu. Like Soft Tofu, silken tofu makes an ideal dairy or egg substitute due to its extra delicate texture. We also sell an Organic Silken Tofu.

Ingredients: Water, Soybeans, Calcium Sulfate, Magnesium Chloride, Flavour.
