Ingredients:

• 2 cups powder sugar

• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

• 2 tablespoons of Superior’s Unsweetened Soy Drink

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

• 4 tablespoons Vegan Butter

Instructions:

Place the vegan butter, soy drink, vanilla extract, powder sugar and cocoa in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir well until all ingredients are combined. Remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Pair will fresh fruit or favorite cookies!
